These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and OkeBet9 ("OkeBet9," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the website located at okebet9.net and all associated services, applications, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the OkeBet9 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

OkeBet9 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the OkeBet9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of OkeBet9, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the OkeBet9 Platform or any affiliated platform;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by OkeBet9 or any relevant regulatory authority.

OkeBet9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the OkeBet9 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential;
• Notify OkeBet9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

OkeBet9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from OkeBet9 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the OkeBet9 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). OkeBet9 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods and applicable limits are subject to change; current information is available on the Wallet page.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• OkeBet9 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities.
• Deposited funds are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by OkeBet9's payment processor.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your OkeBet9 account.
• OkeBet9 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within hours; bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days.
• OkeBet9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or review of bonus wagering requirements.
• Any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with a withdrawal are your sole responsibility.

4.3 Chargebacks & Reversals

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to OkeBet9 is a serious breach of these Terms. OkeBet9 reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal means upon detection of a chargeback attempt.

OkeBet9 offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the Rewards page and in the applicable promotion details. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. OkeBet9 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• OkeBet9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or the exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the OkeBet9 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• OkeBet9 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes for all applicable games.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on OkeBet9's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.
• OkeBet9 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or any other fault that materially affects the integrity of the game outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• OkeBet9 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed, suspended, or modified at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the OkeBet9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing OkeBet9 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

OkeBet9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm.

OkeBet9 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the OkeBet9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of OkeBet9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from OkeBet9;
• Use any OkeBet9 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OkeBet9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, OkeBet9 expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or regulatory requirements;
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss arising from a Force Majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or internet service disruptions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OkeBet9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

OkeBet9 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

OkeBet9 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering regulations. Such disclosures will be made without prior notice to you where required by law.

OkeBet9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Your request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination of your account for cause, OkeBet9 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings, where such termination results from a breach of these Terms. Where termination is initiated by you without cause, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or any other Platform matter, you must first contact OkeBet9's customer support team and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. OkeBet9 aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

OkeBet9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, OkeBet9 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
